reproduce it in any print or electronic
media we offer now or in the future.
4. Where the advertiser uses our creative
services they acknowledge we own the

reasons with reasonable care, refuse to
publish without reason, and may publish
on the next available day if there is an

Transport Initiative (AMETI)

Auckland Transport is seeking consent
from Auckland Council to undertake the
phase 1 works for AMETI between
Mt Wellington Highway and Morrin Road.
This proposal comprising of a notice of
requirement (NOR) to designate land
and applications for resource consents
has been notified for submissions on
30 May 2012 closing 5pm 12 July 2012.
The Maungakiekie-Tamaki Local Board are
running two information sessions to assist
the community with understanding:
• the key steps involved in processing the
NOR and resource consent applications
• tips for writing a good submission and
appearing at a hearing
• what information is available to assist you.
