Emma and Jacob came into foster care due to trauma and neglect. After many changes they are now in need of a stable, nurturing home. Emma is extremely helpful and is really into music. She s a sensitive girl who needs love and stability so she can develop into a confident young woman. Unfortunately due to being let down over the years, Jacob has developed behaviours which can sometimes test the most committed family. He has been receiving lots of help and is now doing better at school and continues to play sport. Both will do well in a stable home with clear and fair boundaries. We seek either one family for the children or different families working together so the children have frequent contact. The right family is one which can wholeheartedly commit to understanding their needs and stick with them through thick and thin. Emma, Jacob and your family will be supported by a team who will work with you to understand their behaviour and support their development. The right family will be trained and receive financial support. If you think you could offer a place in your family where Emma and Jacob can feel secure and valued, we would love to hear from you.
