This 12 month contract position will consist of all Assistant Accountant daily and month end duties, which
will include but not be limited to GST, FBT, Journals and Reconciliations, to name a few. You will also be
heavily involved with reporting. You will be given the support and training that is required to give you the
grounding for you to progress your career as an Assistant Accountant.
To secure this Assistant Accountant position, you will need to have a dedicated and committed attitude. It
will be to your advantage if you have at least two years relevant work experience within a similar
position - you may be qualified by experience or by having completed your PCE1 or PCE2. You will need to
be a willing team player, who enjoys working hard but also has a social personality. An eye for detail and
at least an intermediate level of Excel is essential, as are excellent communication skills.
